REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IS PROFITABLE OR NOT?





Most of the time people are confused about investment options. Same thing happened to me when I was very young and never understood all these investment options. There are so many investment options available in India like, Real estate, Stock market, Commodities like gold/silver etc., Bank FD's, Foreign currency, Mutual funds but the question is which one of these investments are safe and high return yielding.

I am not going to discuss all these investment options and take much of your time. I will straight away go the the best investment option and that is REAL ESTATE. Why I feel Real estate is the best investment option? because real estate is an option where you can see and feel the product where you are investing in. Without any doubt real estate value always grows, it does fluctuate at times but never go too low.

Let me discuss the benefits of Real estate investment:

  • Even if the real estate industry is going to slow down, you investment will stay with you unlike stock market investment where you could lose everything with a slight market fluctuation.
  • You can invest less in a pre launch project and with years you can see it growing.
  • It could be a source of second income to you, as you can rent out your space for as long as you want.
  • In case of cash crunch, you can sell the property at any time without waiting for the maturity date to get the best returns.
